The AnamReiki Reiki I workshop is an intensive two-day course from 10am - 5pm, over one weekend, which covers the following::

The Workshop:

• What is Reiki?
• History if Reiki
• Energy Exercises
• Introduction and exploration of the Chakra system & Aura
• Reiki I Attunement
• Hand positions/Practice healing sessions
• Further Steps with Reiki

You will be a Reiki I initiate by the end of this weekend with the ability to heal yourself and others by channelling Reiki energy.

As this workshop is limited to a small group, with qualified tutors, you’re guaranteed close mentoring throughout the two days. You will receive a Reiki I handbook with notes from the workshop as well as a recommended reading list and resources.

The Details:

This course costs €150 for two full days starting at 10 am. Lunch is from 1pm – 2pm and class continues until 5pm.

Tea and coffee are included in the fee and are provided during a short morning & afternoon break on both days. Lunch is included in the fee and will be quality vegetarian. Please let me know if you have any food allergies well in advance

The Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of €75 is required to hold your place on this course. Places are limited so be aware that your booking can only be secured through a deposit.
